Super 8 by Wyndham Jasper, Texas Sold

HVS Brokerage & Advisory has announced the successful sale of the Super 8 by Wyndham hotel located in Jasper, Texas. The 56-room property, located at 2100 North Wheeler Street, was built in 1995 and has now been purchased by Ishan Devi Investment LLC, a company based in Channelview, Texas. The seller was Jairam Enterprises LLC, based in Jasper.

Bakul Patel, the Managing Member of Jairam Enterprises, praised HVS Brokerage’s professionalism throughout the sales process. According to Patel, the firm provided thorough research, detailed responses, and accurate data to guide decision-making. He expressed his satisfaction with the firm’s services and recommended them to potential property sellers.

The Super 8 by Wytham is well-situated along U.S. Highway 96, about 40 miles west of the Texas-Louisiana border. Its location benefits from local attractions such as the Sam Rayburn Reservoir, Martin Dies Jr. State Park, and nearby national forests. Jasper, also known as the “Butterfly Capital of Texas, ” holds an annual Butterfly Festival in October, bolstering leisure demand throughout the year. The hotel’s business prospects are further buoyed by the Jasper Airport Industrial Park, a project of the Jasper Economic Development Corporation, which has been instrumental in attracting new businesses to the area.

Matt Almy, Senior Associate of HVS Brokerage & Advisory, said the sale received eleven competitive offers, thanks to the firm’s national reach and industry expertise. The decisive factor in choosing the winning buyer was their willingness to deposit non-refundable money on the first day. Almy also indicated that with market activity picking up in 2025, their team is ready to assist clients with hotel acquisitions and dispositions across the country.
