The Extended Stay America hotel chain has announced the opening of a new location in Pensacola, Florida. The hotel, developed by Artemis Hotel Group, is near NAS Corry Station.

The property is a four-story building with 124 rooms. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, breakfast, premium cable TV, a 24-hour fitness room, guest laundry facilities, a dedicated pet area, an outdoor patio, and electric vehicle charging stations. The hotel also boasts a spacious lobby with additional vending options. Each suite has a full kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes. The rooms also feature signature bedding, a recliner, and a workspace.

Mark Williams, the Managing Director of Franchise Development at Extended Stay America, expressed enthusiasm about the hotel’s opening and the brand’s expansion in Florida. He noted the company’s commitment to meeting the increasing demand for extended-stay lodging and providing guests with a comfortable and productive stay. Williams expressed anticipation for future collaborations with Artemis Hotel Group.

Will Watson, the CEO and Managing Principal of Artemis Hotel Group, also expressed his pride in the new hotel’s opening. He highlighted the hotel’s convenient location to key military training facilities and its commitment to serving the local community, including military service members.

The hotel provides guests easy access to local attractions such as Pensacola and Perdido Key beaches, the Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola Lighthouse, Fort Pickens, Fort Barrancas, and Five Flag Speedway. It is also near the University of West Florida, Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola State College, and several corporate headquarters.

The new location marks another milestone for Extended Stay America Premier Suites, rapidly expanding since its launch in 2021. The company has doubled its number of franchise owners over the past year.
