Hacienda Bar and Lounge at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour has unveiled a new look ahead of the busy festive period.

Now with a Latin American flair, Hacienda boasts a fresh menu, a new cocktail list and refreshed interiors with sprawling greenery, golden accents and natural textures.

The new food menu features Latin American flavours through a modern Australian lens with a selection of light bites and share plates created with fresh local ingredients.

The menu is a collaboration between Executive Chef Jiwon Do and Rosy Scatigna (formerly of Bar Morris, Shell House, and Aria), in her newly appointed role overseeing the culinary direction across Accor’s hospitality portfolio.

The cocktail list crafted by Proof Creative elevates Latin American classics with “Australian sensibilities”.

“We envisioned a place that brings Latin American energy to harbourside elegance, where the worries of the outside world melt away with the first sip of a fresh margarita,” said  Director of Restaurants and Bars, James Finnigan-Curtis (formerly of Sydney Common, Aria, and Andaz Singapore).

“Hacienda captures that perfect blend, offering one of Sydney’s most iconic backdrops with a bold new experience that is as spirited as it is refined.”

The harbourside bar’s new look and feel puts it in a strong position coming ahead of Sydney’s New Year’s Eve celebrations.
