Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, and royal legacy jeweller Garrard have partnered to unveil the highly anticipated Christmas Tree.

Following the success of the anniversary partnership in February, the city’s most desirable resort has partnered with Garrard, the world’s oldest established jewellery house. Since its founding in 1735, the Maison has created some of the most famous jewels in history, including being appointed Crown Jeweller by Queen Victoria in 1843.

This year’s Christmas Tree, dressed in Garrard Blue, beautifully embraces the sapphire theme, a gemstone symbolising the fifth anniversary, while reflecting the jeweller’s festive Enchanted Night concept. Golden branches adorned with whimsical motifs, iconic designs, and the Mandarin Fan exude elegance and charm, highlighting the brands’ distinctive DNA. Oversized midnight blue baubles evoke the magic of the deep starry sky, while a cascading ribbon of light adds movement and an ethereal touch to this stunning masterpiece.

Werner Anzinger, General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, commented: “Every year, our Christmas Tree represents the ultimate celebration of sophistication and creative expression. This new masterpiece crafted together with Garrard evokes the timeless luxury and glamour of both brands as we bring seasonal sparkle and joy to Dubai.”

Throughout the festive season, guests can indulge in an exclusive Afternoon Tea at Noor Lounge, inspired by Anna Maria Russell, the Seventh Duchess of Bedford, who introduced the Afternoon Tea ritual to the world in 1840. The terrace transforms into a festive garden in full bloom, offering a unique experience to treasure. The Afternoon Tea is priced at AED 450 per couple or AED 225 per person, including a festive gift courtesy of the Maison.

From 28 November to 10 January, Garrard will unveil a festive boutique next to the Enchanted Garden, offering guests an exclusive preview of the Lotus collection, set to launch in Spring 2025. Visitors can also explore Garrard’s most iconic collections, including Wings, Fanfare, and 1735, just a few steps from the Christmas tree.

“We are thrilled to bring our Enchanted Night concept to the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai,” says Joanne Milner, CEO of Garrard. “The Christmas Tree, Afternoon Tea, decorated with our enchanted bugs and the pop-up boutique create a magical, immersive environment for guests and visitors that captures perfectly the luxurious experience of discovering, gifting and receiving Garrard jewellery at this special time of the year.”

For the ultimate holiday experience, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, presents the ‘Season’s Sparkle’ stay package, available from 1 December to 10 January. This exclusive offering includes daily breakfast for two and a thoughtfully curated selection of festive amenities.
