Bulldozer Group’s newest dining destination, Dragonfly is pleased to reveal the ultimate Japanese weekday lunch menu, available for guests every Monday – Friday, 12pm – 3pm.
Bringing together the best of the cuisine, with contemporary interpretations of timeless favourites, the three-course lunch set menu offers the perfect mid-day culinary experience. Located at The Lana Promenade by Dorchester Collection, Dragonfly flaunts an exquisite terrace that overlooks the stunning Dubai skyline, ideal for an al fresco lunch.
A wholesome Miso Soup beings the journey, followed by a signature appetiser to tease the palate. Choose from a refreshing Salmon Tataki, Spicy Tuna Maki, truffle Mushroom Croquette, Kombu Beef Tataki or more. For mains, guests can choose from a range of sumptuous preparations, including a Black Cod Donburi, Truffle Udon, Wagyu Ribeye Donburi and Wild Mushroom Rice.
The experience concludes on a sweet note with an add-on of the Chef’s special dessert of the day, as well as a selection of indulgent desserts available to order a la carte. Combining authentic flavours with innovative culinary techniques, Dragonfly’s a la carte menu will also be available for guests, alongside the lunch set menu, complete with a selection of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
